Refund Policy

In short: if LivePen isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of paying and you get your money back in full. No questions, no forms.

Try before you buy

Every install includes a free 14-day trial with every feature on, so you can see how LivePen works on your Mac, with your apps, before paying anything.

What can be refunded

• Lifetime: within 14 days of buying it.
• Annual: within 14 days of your first payment, and within 14 days of each yearly renewal. If a renewal catches you out, just ask.

After 14 days, payments aren’t normally refunded. If something has gone wrong, for example LivePen stopped working after an update and we can’t fix it, write to us anyway and we’ll look at it fairly.

How to ask

Email support@livepen.app from the address you paid with, and include your order number (it’s on your receipt). You can also reply to your Creem receipt. We aim to answer within 2 business days.

What happens next

• The refund is issued by Creem, our reseller, to the payment method you used, including any tax you paid.
• It usually shows up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Your licence key stops working, and an Annual plan is cancelled so it won’t renew.

Cancelling isn’t the same as a refund

Cancelling an Annual plan stops the next renewal. LivePen keeps working until the end of the year you paid for. To also get money back for the current year, ask for a refund within 14 days of that payment. You can cancel at any time from Manage purchase.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your rights as a consumer, not instead of them. Where the law gives you more, for example a statutory right of withdrawal, that applies.
